Eligibility for Returns

• Supplements and Herbal Products: To maintain the quality and safety of our products, unopened items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to accept returns for opened or used supplements, as these are personal health items.

• Holistic Counseling Services: Services are non-refundable. However, if you’re unsatisfied with your counseling session, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll work with you to find a suitable resolution.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was damaged or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved returns will be processed, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to correct the situation by providing a replacement or refund.
